Skills Intensives
This week is all about giving your athlete the edge. Our Skill Sessions are open to all athletes with a focus on tumbling, jumps, flexibility, and routine work. These sessions are fun, empowering, and designed to help every athlete sharpen their skills in a supportive environment.
Our athletes gain skills because of the experience, precision, and knowledge of our incredible coaching team. It's what sets Renegade apart. Every rep, every correction, every detail matters. So take advantage of this opportunity to get more individualized time in the areas your athlete needs most. Success doesn't happen by accident - it happens in preparation.
